However, if you receive an item that is damaged or does not match its description, please reach out to us via email, and we will promptly address the issue to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Cancellation requests

 

made prior to shipment are permitted, though they are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee accounts for the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred during the initial transaction. The deducted amount will be subtracted from the total amount refunded
